I performed there with my blues band "Pentatonikum". Cozy cellar and great atmosphere. Concert was well attended and the guests also gave something "in the hat". The drinks for the band went to the house. PA, guitar, bass amp, drums and micro stands are provided and were reasonably usable.

It's outdoors but it's a covered area

Hi! There is a fountain in the plaza right next to Texas Live! it isn't a splash pad though. I have seen kids play in it before but it's just a fountain where the water shoots from the ground.

Yes, but it is very loud, lots of people enthusiastically watching sports, many people drinking. Everyone was very respectful when I was there and I didn't witness any inappropriate behavior.
